Key Responsibilities:
- Process multi-state payroll for approximately 300 employees using Paylocity.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain and update employee records in Paylocity.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
- Generate and review payroll reports for accuracy and completeness.
Requirements:
- Recent and hands-on experience processing payroll through Paylocity.
- Proficiency in managing multi-state payroll.
- Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years processing multi-state payroll thru Paylocity
- Benefits Administration is a plus but not required
